Dealsbook is not a financial institution, bank, or credit card issuer. We do not provide financial advice, credit services, loans, or any other financial products. We do not manage bank accounts or process financial transactions of any kind.

3. Accuracy of Information & Third-Party Content

  • No Guarantee: While we strive to keep information current, bank promotions change frequently without notice. Dealsbook does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or real-time status of any offer listed on the platform.
  • Final Authority: The official terms, conditions, eligibility requirements, and validity of any promotion are determined solely by the issuing bank, e-wallet provider, or merchant. In the event of any discrepancy between information shown on Dealsbook and the bank or merchant, the bank or merchant's official terms shall prevail.
  • Verification Required: Always verify promotion details directly with your bank or the relevant merchant before making any purchase or transaction in reliance on information found on Dealsbook.
  • Third-Party Links: Our Service contains links to third-party websites and bank portals. Viiworks Software Solutions Inc. is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of these external sites.

4. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

  • Dealsbook Property: All software code, platform design, original written content, and branding elements of Dealsbook are the intellectual property of Viiworks Software Solutions Inc. and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • Third-Party Marks: All bank logos, credit card names, e-wallet brands, and merchant trademarks displayed on Dealsbook are the property of their respective owners. Their display on our platform is for informational and identificatory purposes only under nominative fair use and does not imply any endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with Dealsbook or Viiworks Software Solutions Inc.

5. User Accounts

To access personalized features, you may create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary. Dealsbook reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which for free users is zero).

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
